PAYMENT TERMS

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is reserved once your order has been placed, and withdrawn once the item has been shipped.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Reshop Vintage we offer free shipping (within Denmark) to a parcel shop for all items bought through the webshop.

Parcel shop delivery starts at:

  • DKK 80 - no insurance
  • DKK 150  - insurance up to 10.000
  • DKK 180  - insurance up to 20.000

Delivery time is 1-3 business days (exclusive of holidays and weekends)

​Reshop Vintage is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage for items sent or returned. The client must understand that once their items are sent from or to them that the claim should be with DHL/GLS/DAO/Postnord.

1. Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity of all our luxury items. Every piece has been carefully inspected by our experts to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. 

2. Condition Disclosure: Please note that as these items are pre-owned, there may be signs of wear and tear consistent with their age. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images to give you a clear understanding of each item's condition.

3. Brand Ownership: We are not affiliated with any of the luxury brands whose items we sell. Any brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are used solely for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Pricing: Prices for luxury items are determined based on factors such as brand, rarity, condition, and market demand. We strive to offer fair and competitive prices, but please understand that prices may fluctuate over time.

By purchasing a luxury item from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. Thank you for choosing Reshop Vintage for your luxury shopping needs.

RETURN POLICY

As a customer of Reshop Vintage, you have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day that you have received the item.

After this period, we can no longer accept your item for return. 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from the receipt of the item to let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. This statement must be sent to us via email to info@reshopvintage.dk

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you have received the last item.

We unfortunately do not accept item exchanges.​

Please note that we only accept packages that are sent directly to our address and not to a parcel shop.

You can also buy the label directly from us. Just send us a message if you would like to buy the label from us. 

The condition of the item when you send it back:

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. You can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the purchase shipping costs back. 

​All products are requested to be returned unused with the tag and if they were sold with their original boxes, dust bags and / or certificates of authenticity, they must also be returned.

​We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. 

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

  

REFUND PROCESS

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the purchase. 

We will return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item. 

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS & REPAIRS

If your item has been custom made, this item cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Repairs and restorations can also not be returned or exchanged.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By accepting a service contract, the client has agreed to use and pay for the services stated in the service agreement provided. The client also accepts that Reshop Vintage  and its owners cannot be held liable for any damages/issues, loss, theft and possible discolouration that can occur during the cleaning and handling process of the item handed in for repair.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS 

Please note that repairs are services and not an item bought. Therefore, Reshop Vintage is not subjected to giving a discount or full refund of the items sent for service. We are of course always welcome to find a common solution, as we truly value our client's satisfaction with our work. 

 

THIRD PARTY WAIVER

Reshop Vintage is not an official workshop for the luxury brands, therefore we are considered as a third party provider. This means that you may have the risk of not being able to bring your bag to the respected brand/store after your bag has been restored by Reshop Vintage.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Reshop Vintage is not responsible for any shipping loss or damage for items sent or returned. The client must understand that once their items are sent from or to them that the claim should be with DHL/GLS/DAO/Postnord. 

SERVICE DEPOSIT

If you wish to keep have your booking guaranteed, a non-refundable deposit of DKK 250 is required. No deposit means that you will not be able to avail any of the services offered by Reshop Vintage. Your deposit is of course deductible to the total price of your availed service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have 48 hours to inform Reshop Vintage if you wish to cancel your booking.

Note that you will still be unable to get your deposit refund at any given time.

RESCHEDULING

We understand that your plans may change, so you are always able to change your time with us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Note that each change of date has a fee of DKK 100.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must declare this within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

However, all complaints require proof of purchase (receipt for the product in question).

To be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed .
