    Receive a price quotation from us (non-binding) and request for an appointment.

    If you wish to continue with your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of DKK 250 is required.

  • STEP 4

    Please send your bag / drop your bag at the workshop at least two days before your scheduled time.

1. Fill in our Contact Formula: Reach out to us by filling our formula below. Please provide details about the type of repair needed, the brand and model of your handbag, and any specific concerns you have.

2. Receive a Free Quotation: Once we have received all the details and photos of your bag/accessory for repair. We will send you a quotation via email along with a proposed time & date for booking. 

3. Book and Appointment: To guarantee your reservation, please follow the link that we sent you for booking. We require a non-refundable deposit of DKK 250. 

4. Drop Off Your Handbag: Please bring your handbag to Reshop Vintage at least two days before your booked time.  Make sure to remove any personal belongings from the bag before handing it over for repair. If you are unable to drop the bag off personally, kindly ship the bag well in advance to avoid any delay in your repair. 

5. Receive Service Agreement: Once we have received your item and have assessed the condition, we will send you an agreement containing repair options and pricing along with other recommendations for repair and maintenance. The Service Agreement must be signed before we are able to start the restoration of your item. 

6. Wait for the Magic: Depending on the extent of the repair work needed, our usual turnaround time is 4-5 weeks from your booked repair date. You will receive an invoice request from us once your item is ready.
