Here at Reshop Vintage we offer free shipping (within Denmark) to a package shop for all items bought through the shop.
We always use GLS with insurance unless a specific delivery service is requested.
Parcel shop delivery starts at 100,- (not insured)
150 kr - insurance up to 10.000
180 kr - insurance up to 20.000
Delivery time is 1-3 business days (exclusive of holidays and weekends)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a customer of Reshop Vintage, you have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day that you have received the item.
After this period, we can no longer accept your item for return.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from the receipt of item to let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase. This statement must be sent to use via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We unfortunately do not accept item exchanges.

You can also buy the label directly from us. Just send us a message if you would like to buy the label from us.
The condition of the item when you send it back:
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. You can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the purchase shipping costs back.
All products are requested to be returned unused with the tag and if they were sold with their original boxes, dust bags and / or certificates of authenticity, they must also be returned.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS & REPAIRS
If your item has been custom made, this item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Repairs and restorations can also not be returned or exchanged.
